No chair in the room. Toiletries were limited to one small soap bar. The wash basin was outside the bathroom.

Pros:

Staff was good ...Very kind and helpful.they serve u food at very nomination cost with lots lf variety in their buffet.

Cons:

Its far from Dal lake..No night life around after 8 pm.washrooms and old indian style toilet seats.If there is power cut ...no inverter is attached with fans ..No Ac rooms .

Pros:

Rooms were large in size and clean. Hospitality was awesome. Staff is very supportive and treats you like a home member.

Cons:

Everything was nice, just a couple of things -
1. In our room, there was an Indian commode which might be an issue for some old age people.
2. Location is little inside and not on prime location. You wouldn't find nature's views from your room.

Enjoyed the stay.
Pros:

Good for vegetarians. Homely prepared food. Calm and clean environments. Rooms are spacious. Free Wifi services.

Cons:

Sofa in room was not provided for sitting. Welcome Tea can be served on arrivals. Non veg foods was not available. Foods not been served in rooms. TV was not available.
