Hotel is located at a convinent location but staff behaviour is not nice.
Pros:

Good location with nearby bus stop and metro station. Also, supermarket is nearby.

Cons:

Bathroom shower was broken and heater was not working.
The staff member named “Firdaus” was very rude and not welcoming at all. We booked a triple room. When we checked in and found that one blanket was missing, we went to the reception and asked for the missing blanket. Firdaus rudely replied “bring your own blanket”.
Such behaviour from staff in the hospitality industry is not expected and will only lead to loss of customers.
Finally there was another staff who came at night shift provided us with the missing blanket. I am not able to recollect his name but he was helpful in other aspects too.

Functional for the price point
Pros:

The staff was good and quick with the help, the location was convenient and the room was tidy and functional.

Cons:

No lift, the flooring was bad at a few points. The door locks were super noisy. I could hear the neighbors through the doors.

Я много где по миру останавливался это самый худший отель в моей жизни !

Не понравилось что нас переселили с люкса или полулюкса в ультрабюджет
1)нас переселили в номер без своей ванной комнаты внутри
2) вай фай не работал 3 или 4 суток подряд
3) горячая вода была иногда
4) уборка не проводилась за 3 суток когда мы попросили об этом забыли
5) на все наши жалобы персонал ответил так
