Ottima scelta a Yerevan
Pros:

Centralissimo, stanza carina e dotata di lavello, mini frigo e bollitore. Reception aperta H24, e personale molto disponibile. Assolutamente consigliato.

Cons:

Il riscaldamento decisamente troppo alto per le nostre abitudini.

With no baggage and no need internet was good
Pros:

3th floor with no elevator you should carry on your heavy baggage.poor wifi doesn't work at all

Pros:

Clean, decent sized room and bathroom.
The property is located very central and within walking distance to most major attractions and shops. Tucked behind a tall building in a major street makes it super quiet. Staff was polite and willing to help. Airport shuttle also a plus and affordable.
Lots of nice coffee shops and restaurants around. We had breakfast every day at Louis Gardens cafe just opposite the street and it was amazing.

Cons:

The room door lock was very stiff and difficult to open. We told the stuff but not sure they did anything about fixing it properly. Also the bathroom door got stuck and we nearly locked ourselves in twice. Ended up not closing the door fully to prevent that from happening again.
We didn't figure out how to turn heating on so we just used the split unit. Bathroom remained cold though.
If we didn't use the hotel airport shuttle service we wouldn't be able to find the hotel where it's located because there is no obvious sign to show the way. Also the reception desk is in the first building and the room we got was in the building next to it. So a bit confusing.

Cons:

Это место сложно назвать отелем. Скорее всего гостевой дом. Дали номер на третьем этаже. Интернета там нет, ключ в замке был сломан. Переселили на второй этаж. Есть окно, но перед ним глухая стена, то есть дневного света нет совсем. Ощущение как в бункере.
Постельное белье застиранное, тумбочек около кроватей нет, соответственно светильников и розеток тоже. Душевая лейка сломана. Есть чайник, но наборов чая/кофе нет. Воды бутилированной тоже нет.
Персонал равнодушен к просьбам. Попросили принести хоть какую то настольную лампу. Пообещали, но так и не принесли. Администратора постоянно не было. При выселении пришлось заносить ключ в соседний отель. Кстати, при заселении даже не предложили помочь занести чемоданы (лифта нет).

It was good for short one night stay
Pros:

The quiet location in the city centre close to everything. Very comfortable bed, blankets and pillows

Cons:

The shower needed repair; the water pressure was low.

Outstanding experience!!!
Pros:

Everything was excellent, value for money. The location was top noch and the rooms were very clean. The staff was great, very friendly and welcoming, especially Grigor which have assisted me so much with organising this trip, without him it wouldn't be possible. So thank you very much for everything and we will visit again!!!

Cons:

We had very few issues with the WiFi for the people that leaved in the other building but nothing else.

It’s okay for short term stay.
Pros:

Near to tourist attractions and within city center.

Cons:

Too hot inside the room. The AC was not working. Did not even offer a single water and coffee/tea.

Pros:

Очень удачное расположение, хороший отель, чтобы остаться на 1 ночь. Очень приятная цена, за которую можно и потерпеть.

Cons:

Никакой звукоизоляции: слышно как соседи дышат, не то, что разговаривают. Нет окна в номере, очень темно.

В моей комнате не было вайфая. Комната немного уставшая. В моей комнате не было окна. Об этом я узнала в день заселения. Так как я была на две ночи я на многое закрыла глаза.

Идеальное соотношение цены и качества

Очень классная локация, отель расположен на одной из центральных улиц, всё в шаговой доступности, приветливый персонал, чисто и достаточно уютно

За такие деньги не нашёл минусов, не нужно ждать чего-то сверхестественного, всё просто и стандартно
