Extremely uncomfortable and unsatisfactory
Pros:

Liked nothing about the hotel. Very incorrect images presented online.
Anyone looking for a safe place please do not visit.

Cons:

My experience at Gallivanto Inn was extremely disappointing. The overall quality of service, maintenance, and hospitality was far below expectations.

The room and washroom had a strong unpleasant odor upon arrival, and the hygiene standards were poor throughout our stay. To make matters worse, we discovered a large cockroach in our room, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness and pest control.

The air conditioning was not functioning properly, and we learned that several other guests were facing the same issue. Additionally, the room telephone receiver was not working, making it difficult to contact the staff whenever assistance was needed.

Another major concern was the disturbance during the night. Loud and unusual noises could be heard repeatedly, making it difficult for our family to rest and creating an uncomfortable and unsettling atmosphere, especially during late hours.

The reception experience was also disappointing. Rather than addressing guest concerns and ensuring a comfortable stay, the receptionist seemed more focused on obtaining a positive review and even requested a rating before we had checked out.

As a family, we also found it concerning that there was no female staff available at the property. The presence of female staff members can provide greater comfort and support for families and female travelers, particularly when assistance is required during the stay.

Overall, the stay fell far below expectations due to poor hygiene, inadequate maintenance, lack of responsiveness from the staff, and an uncomfortable environment. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this property to travelers looking for a clean, well-maintained, professional, and family-friendly place to stay.

Best stay
Pros:

We stayed at Gallivanto Inn ,it was extremely amazing experience staying here. We enjoyed the meal and snacks at hotels cafe ,which was "The Buzzing Cafe", which is decorated and has nice interior . The food was really good. Hotel has nice working staff , who take cares of everything.

Would not recommend to anyone. Worst experience.

Cons:

Bad location. Bad room and utilities quality. Staff tried to enter the room while we were in the room.
Ac was not working so we had to change the room. And then the other room’s washroom was not appropriate. Asked and took extra money.
