The location of the hotel is good and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant is excellent, you have to try everything.
The mattresses and the pillows need replacing
The hotel was in the perfect location for the reason of our visit to Zlatograd.

Location is great, room is big with big windows and great leather armchair. Nice view, big bath, comfy beds and pillows. The reception personal is great.
Minor repairs are needed regarding the toilet seat, shower hose and the window mechanism.
I am trying to think something good about it...maybe just the breakfast that we ordered!!
Almost anything else!! To start with, there is misinformation on their booking page. First, there is no private parking (you need to park outside in a public area). For us, this was the only reason that we chose it, so imagine our surprise!! Besides Bulgarian and maybe Russian, do not expect any other language (although they mention several available), so if you don’t have any local with you, don’t hope for any effective communication!! And this is valid for their restaurant too!! Our group had knowledge of English, Greek, and Turkish, and still no hope!! Then, the room and related amenities. The toilet hasn't been cleaned from previous occupants (stains on it and remainings of poo); and although we asked for cleaning, they never did!! With no bathtab or bath shower cabin, the bathroom becomes like a lake, and extremely slippery!! Hairdryer is not in the room, but you need to take it through pantomime means from reception!! There are only two glasses and one umplugged refrigerator inside the room!! And a very "well placed" television, which you need to sleep on your side to watch something. Overall: stay anywhere else, but there!!
