Amazing place, the rooms had a beautiful view from the balcony and breakfast was available. The hosts were super kind and accommodating! Would definitely stay again!
Guesthouse was excellent -- clean, comfortable, up-to-date and friendly, helpful staff. Large room, with unexpected kitchen facilities. Very reasonable cost. Quiet out-of-town location but easily accessible from Brixen (by car).
One thing to note, particularly for traveling Americans. The staff speaks only German and Italian. I speak neither of those languages. We were able to communicate what we needed -- and it was fun -- but some English (only) speaking folks may have concerns about that.
The WIFI was a bit weak, at least in my room.

The hosts and staff are the nicest people imaginable, really care about every detail and make you feel very welcome and totally at home. They suggest sight-seeing places and activities and provide you with a city card. Pitch-perfect clean. Comfortable. Glorious mountain views. Tasty breakfast. Conveniently located close to a bus stop that takes you into Brixen/Bressanone in no time. Would repeat my staying there anytime. Strongly recommended.

The nicest place I stayed in Italy. The hosts are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Rooms are pretty big and peaceful. We loved our stay and would highly recommend to anyone who is travelling to dolomites.
gorgeous location, spotless rooms, kind owners, quiet, slept amazing
100/10 hotel you’re making a huge mistake if you don’t stay here. The owners are some of the nicest people I have ever met in my entire life. They unfortunately did not speak any English so it was hard for us to communicate, but that fact did not stop them from literally bending over backwards for me. Some examples: The hotel serves a complementary breakfast, but once the owners found out, I would be leaving the hotel for skiing before they serve breakfast they allowed me to come down over an hour early to eat breakfast with them. Another example is that on Sundays, the bus from the hotel to the train station runs later than the other days and the owners knew I planned to go skiing that day, so they offered to personally take me to the bus station in town and that’s exactly what they did. The hotel itself is clean, an amazing location, delicious food, and exceptional customer service.
I have no bad words to say about this property.
