Cons:

Cleanliness. It looks like not cleaned the linens and room for long time. Some hairs were seen in the bed. So much dirt was there in the floor rotating when the fan was on. Like light weight dirts.

Pleasant and comfortable
Pros:

The room is spacious and clean (even if it could be a little more could be cleaner more precisely), it has a balcony and a good working AC. The staff is also helpful, and great and fast laundry service.

Cons:

The bed is too mushy, the towels are old and a bit dirty, the shampoo was almost finished.

In hot season without electricity difficulties situation
Pros:

Electricity not availableat night around 4.00 to morning 8.20.

Cons:

I have take normal water basic they have added Rs 10 in my bill. Normal water also not free? I have paid 2 days amount but tuthkit sabun only provided for 1 day.

Very bad, will never recommend any one specially with families.
Pros:

They can cancel your booking without informing you.

Cons:

The surrounding is like slum areas, it is very dirty and they don't have any professionalism they can cancel your booking at any time.
