Pros:

The courteous gentleman who warmly welcomed us at the entrance. The kind, friendly gentleman at reception. The warm room with a heater ready lit and electric blankets on in our beds in that cold weather. The room that was exceptionally neat. I didn't expect such luxurious hotel in small town like Nquthu. To the owners and staff, kudos. Keep it up. Show the world what you are made of. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Pros:

I didn't have their breakfast.
The location was alright but the area can be a bit crowded.

Cons:

It was quite noisy during my stay, but I guess this depends on the other guest that were there during my stay.
The basement parking looks a bit dodgy.

Pros:

I liked their kitchen stuff so welcoming and friendly and food was amazing. I liked the food so much

Cons:

The receptionist is always not available, you have to look for him the entire building 😕 water in the shower is only hot for few seconds then run ice cold

The place is poorly designed for hospitality

Cons:

Rooms do not have airconditioner.
Tiled floor is too cold in winter and very bad for acoustics.
Poor acoustics, from the room we could hear people from adjacent rooms and those passing through the corridor.
Corridor floors are tiled making it very poor for acoustics.
Lights Switch for bathroom is at the room entrance, which is too far.
Water mixer of the shower and basin are not installed according to plumbing standards.
Bathroom foldable door does not close properly.
Blankets and curtains have iron burn stains.
Underground parking is easily accessible from the street, there’s no gate nor fence.
There’s is a tavern nearby which play loud music until early hours of the morning.
Photos on the website are misleading.

Pros:

Showers worked nice, good helping stuff
