Pros:

Location, view, staff everything was good. Manager and one of the housekeeper were very sweet. Service was also decent. Great place to stay if you want to stay away from the noise and crowd of mussoorie while being in mussoorie.

Cons:

The person from booking.com who is linked to the hotel was very rude from the moment he took advances to assigning the rooms. We asked for a room for an elderly couple travelling with us on first floor as the hotel doesn’t have a lift and we were given on second floor. When I explained the reason for cancellation due to information not present on the site related to the rooms and hotel, regarding where the room would be and unavailability of lift, he talked very rudely and denied free cancellation, denial was acceptable but the way he talked was not.

Excellent! We will definitely recommend to friends and family.
Pros:

Good location in Landour. The manager (Ashok) was extremely helpful - we needed to see a doctor and with the weekend rush from the plains driving would have been an impossible mission. We inquired about hiring a 2W and he immediately offered us his scooter and refused to let us pay for fuel. The owner was responsive, addressing our queries on routes, travel time etc. Not directly related to the hotel but big shout out to the warm-hearted folk at Landour Community Hospital, Mussorie Heritage Center, Landour Bookstore & Cafe and Hapur waloo kee Dukan. You made our stay!

Pros:

The stay was good and comfortable with really nice rooms, but the problem was with bathroom.

Cons:

The shower knob was broken and we were not even able to take shower properly.
