Very near to haram - 3 minutes and you are in the door next to ladies' prayer area. Near sila free parking space (5min), parking exist but busy and very tight. smiling morning managers (Hasan and lady receptionist). Good cleaning staff at 12 floor (Ali Hassan)
This is also called Deyar el eiman, few deyar hotels around so don't get confused.
I had plumbing issue in toilet and smelled bad but the night manager couldn't arrange for change over, cleaner couldn't clear it so asked the morning manager to change room, which worked fine.
I had three car scratches in the car park, but the security guard said it is nothing and guest would have long gone. complain but no point. what a service. don't use their car park if you large car.
Staff was superb and very close to Masjid al Nabawi.. clean and quick service from the staff.. specially Mohammad hasan, irfan nasir were very polite and dedicated staff

They did not let me park in basement even though there were empty parkings and in booking parking was included
Actually I booked the room for other day and I arrived one day earlier and the staff was very helpful, they changed the booking and they staff was very polite.
