Pros:

The cleaning staff was excellent especially Mr.Omar Faruk from 14th floor was superb!!!

Cons:

Denied parking despite there was an availability. It seems they sell those parking to outsiders and deny for the stayer

The stay was very comfortable.
Pros:

Everything I love about the hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious. Housekeeping service was very good. Everyday they visit you and make sure you will get all the stuff you need. Elevator were too good. Staff was nice and humble. Reception was also quick and they also provide parking. Overall it is 10/10

قريب من المسجد النبوي وبالاخص قريب جداً من باب النساء وتعامل الموظفين كان راقي ومحترم من استقبال وحتى خدمة الغرفة واجهتني مشكله وحلوها بنفس اللحظة
