Overpriced for the location and not very clean for a family stay.
Pros:

The checkout time flexibility: they let me check out until 3 pm, even though their policy is 2:00 PM.

The support staff members (except the male receptionist) were friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

The reception staff does not know English; the lady at the reception was good at communication and was very welcoming, but the male staff member at reception was not so nice, kind of a rude person if you talk in English.

And the washroom was having cockroaches.

You can never sleep in those rooms because you can here and the car sounds and specially there is restaurant in the next building open 24 hours and all the cars is requesting with beep sound all the nights was nightmare everything was not good I talk with the girl in the reception after first night to change the room she told me that all the rooms on the street and all the windows are the same very noisy so i will never come back to this hotel never ever and I recommend that if you have plan to sleep never come here

لا يمكنك النوم في تلك الغرف أبدًا بسبب ضوضاء السيارات، وخاصةً وجود مطعم في المبنى المجاور مفتوح على مدار 24 ساعة، حيث تصدر السيارات أصوات أبواقها طوال الليل، لقد كانت تجربة مرعبة. تحدثتُ مع الموظفة في مكتب الاستقبال بعد الليلة الأولى لطلب تغيير الغرفة، فأخبرتني أن جميع الغرف تطل على الشارع وأن جميع النوافذ تسمح بدخول الضوضاء نفسها. لذلك لن أعود إلى هذا الفندق أبدًا، وأنصحكم بشدة بعدم الإقامة فيه إذا كنتم ترغبون في النوم

Pros:

Location is very close to Quba masjid, 35 mins walk to Masjid Nabawi or you can take the gold car for 10 SAR.

Cons:

Facilities are very old, not the comfiest bed, terrible wifi!! Even when I tried to connect to my mobile date the connection was so bad I had to go down to reception everytime I needed to make a phone call.

Nice Appartment - Value for Money
Pros:

The facilities were good and rooms were clean.
Near to Masjid Al Jumuah. Food outlets are available near the hotel.

Cons:

A little bit far from Masjid e Nabawi and I have been overcharged by taxis several times.
Usually it cost around 10 SAR to go to Masjid e Nabawi.
