HABIBI

We paid via booking for a room with balcony,the woman who gave us the key said the rooms via Booking are without balcony although on Booking it said it was,the same woman is very unfriendly,we was hearing her arguing with other people or phone every night when was time to bed especially around 1-2 AM,the shower was broken and was spilling water all over,no night curtains,we was having light in the room all night from outside,it was very cold,the heater was working around an hour in the evening,we had our towels for hygienic reasons and when she seen this she took their towels and didn’t bring a replacement back,until another worker came and replaced them.Will not come back definitely.The same woman 2 years ago kicked the door with the foot when i was late 10 minutes for checkout and started swearing at us, nothing changed since then

Mizerie, pat incomod, balconul șubred (mi-a fost frică să stau pe el să nu cadă).....Chiar nu mă voi întoarce în această locație vreodată.
