IF you have the work in near Budgam than this property is good however if you are planning Srinagar trip than this property is little far away from major tourist locations.

There was no electricity in our room since morning and there was no power backup at all

Wonderful hospitality, friendly staffs and very punctual
Very big rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff, excellent facilities like heated mattress, 24x7 running hot water from shower, very near to the airport.
Since we checked in late, we could not see what other facilties are available nearby the property. It is quite close to the airport.

Front windows not having curtains in family rooms
Electric blanket as a bedspread was an awesome option to face the cold weather and this helped us to keep warm. We can change the warm temperature from low to high.
Manager and staffs were helpful in arranging the cabs/autos for local sightseeing and tourists places with the correct fares. As externally when we try to book, we end up paying more charges which is not reasonable.
A kettle with cups, glasses, milk diary and coffee sachet would have been kept in the room as a better option as the kitchen opens lately and to beat the cold and keep us warm.
