Pros:

Checkin ul foarte facil, am primit codul si nr camerei in mesaj la 1 minut dupa ce am facut rezervarea. Lengeria curata.

Cons:

Patul scartie rau de tot cand faci vreo miscare,si aerul conditionat foarte greu mergea deabea dupa 8/9 ore era rece in camera. Scariile oribile treptele inalte rau si inguste.

Pros:

I want to note that the location of the hotel is great and the reception staff is very welcoming. However, there is a serious issue with my Deluxe Room. I found at least three live cockroaches and one dead one. I wasn't even looking for them—they were just out in plain sight. This is unacceptable for a Deluxe standard, and I need this addressed.

I discovered at least three live cockroaches and one dead one in the room. I want to emphasize that I was not actively looking for them; they were simply out in the open.
For a room categorized as "Deluxe," this is completely unacceptable. I expect management to take immediate action regarding pest control and address this situation.

Very disappointed, not going back.

I didn't like anything.

Cons:

The shower had sewage issues, it was clogged. There was a cockroach in the bedroom. The TV had no remote to turn it on, the pillows were smelly, the mini fridge was super noisy so I unplugged it, the glass next to the teapot absolutely filthy. The location is close to a boulevard so it was noisy even during the night, overall not satisfied.

Camera cu gandaci
Pros:

Camera a fost cea din poza cu mobila si așternuturi curate. Baia curata.

Cons:

Am ajuns in jurul orei 18 cred, am stat foarte puțin in camera apoi am ieșit sa mâncăm. Am revenit in jur de ora 22. Când am întrat in camera erau gândaci mai mici si mai mari care mergeau pe podea si pe pereți. Avem si filmare. In baie pe pereți erau niște păianjeni mici, unul l-am luat de pe tavanul camerei. Inițial am crezut ca sunt plosnite. Am verificat si saltelele, acestea erau curate, însă in lăzile paturilor era murdar si erau lăsate niste brichete. Am anunțat hotelul si am plecat.
