Hotelul este situat in zona centrala a statiunii Costinesti aproape de plaja, langa lac, departe de Beach Please, astfel ca nu se aude muzica de la festival .Camerele sunt spatioase si curate. Personalul foarte amabil, ne-a oferit informatii despre terase unde se putea lua masa. Desi hotelul nu ofera mic dejun exista o terasa unde poti lua o gustare / cafea .

Cons:

In perioada festivalului preturile au fost nejustificat de mari, mizerie pe strazi (cosuri de gunoi rasturnate, neridicate), miros pestilential de la lac, plaje murdare. Afluxul mare de turisti nu poate justifica incapacitatea gestionarii administrative a statiunii. Desi nu s-a auzit muzica de la festival, muzica din cluburile de manele s-a auzit foarte tare pana dimineata . Evident, ca aceste aspecte nu au legatura cu hotelul , dar le-am mentionat in ansamblul evaluarii sejurului .

Cearșaful de pe pat avea mai multe pete galbene, ni s-a cerut să facem checkoutul la 11 deșii pe booking este ora 12.

Un sejur excelent
Pros:

Locația este aproape de plajă, camera este curată și modern utilată, iar personalul întotdeauna amabil.
Având în vedere că trenul ajunge dimineața devreme, doamna de la recepție a fost foarte drăguță și ne-a facilitat cazarea până în ora 9.

Cons:

Nu am nimic de reproșat.

Pros:

De la Personal pana la curățenie totul excelent. In fiecare an venim la Hotel Impact si asta de 3 ani de zile. Recomand din tot sufletul meu.🫶🏻
