Pros:

It is a beautiful boutique hotel. It is located on a rather humble street. But once inside, we were stunned. The beautiful pool, the sweet little breakfast area, the huge, comfortable king bed. The best part however, was the staff. The female staff members were extremely attentive, kind and helpful. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Cons:

The location was a little disappointing. But it was very safe and very welcoming.

Pleasant stay only marred by incorrect description of one of the rooms
Pros:

Staff was great, very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Pleasant atmosphere and setting. Location near to sites and restaurants.

Cons:

The description of the superior suite said it included a separate bedroom with king bed and living room area. But that was incorrect. It did have a king bed but otherwise was not different than the regular suite. The price for the not so superior suite was 1100 pesos more, definitely not worth it. We think that they actually do not have rooms with separate bedrooms. Also it would have been nice to be able to have an earlier breakfast time as we were traveling up to El Rosario, and needed to leave earlier than the set time of 8:30.

Beautiful restful oasis
Pros:

Beautiful building. Relaxing and comfortable common spaces and the room itself. Comfortable bed, relaxing heated pool. But mostly it was the kind and helpful staff. We are grateful we stayed here for our El Rosario adventure day. Breakfast was also delicious and the coffee my favorite in all of our Mexico travels.

Noisy but gorgeous
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful, super clean, friendly staff, good breakfast

Cons:

One can hear everything in adjoining rooms and common areas. Water pressure in the shower is low, and one has to ask for hot water.

Pros:

Breakfast was great. Staff were friendly and accomodating.

Cons:

We had a smoker outside our room during the night and we could smell it. My wife got up and took care of the issue. But there should be no smoking signs posted.

Estancia magnifica.
Pros:

Todo fue excelente. La arquitectura del hotel, las habitaciones sencillas muy bonitas, la decoración, la limpieza, la piscina, los jardines, todo estuvo de primer nivel. El trato del personal fue exclente, muy recomendable. La ubicación magnifica para moverse a cualquier sitio. Estancia fantastica.

Cons:

NADA, todo fue excelente.

Pros:

Las habitaciones son muy amplias y cómodas, y es fácil llegar al hotel. Me gustaron los adornos do flores relativos a la temporada de dia de muertos.

Cons:

Uno de los dias que estuvimos el agua de la alberca estaba fría y un poco sucia.
El desayuno no es variado.
La información que se me brindo al hacer las reservaciones no fue concreta.

TODO BIEN, a excepción del mal trato del personal (1 señora) en el desayuno
Pros:

Bien el primer día.
El segundo día me negaron el servicio, sirviendo de mala gana la mesera; a pesar de que desde el día 1. aclaré que si debía pagar algo adicional por lo consumido por mis 2 bebês. Aclaro que desde mi llegada, me explicaron en la recepción que a mis 2 bebés les darían algo especial. Muy mal. Muy desagradable momento pasé con mi familia. Llegué tarde a mi lugar de trabajo, pues por este motivo viajé y por tanto me hospedé.

Cons:

El mal trato y descortesía de parte de solo una señora que servía en el desayuno.
El resto del personal, muy amable.
