It is worth the word "grand" in every sense - the interior is superb, the ambience, the decoration ( we visited just after Easter). The spa facilities are second to none.
It is a little on the pricey side for drinks and beverages. The choice of draughts was rather limited.
The mint steam room and the red light loungers
The room was tiny. Bathroom was also tiny and uncomfortable. The bench in the sauna was broken and I nearly hurt myself. The food was average. The herbal sauna did not work. The salt room was poor.
The facilities of the hotel are good, but it is not a 5 star quality.
The food in the restaurant is not very good and is not what is expected from a 5 star hotel. The towels are old and you can not change them in the SPA when they are already wet. There should be at least water free of charge in the spa area. There were people smoking and drinking in the pools and the staff did not do anything to stop them.

We had wonderful holiday at this place for the third time already. Friendly staff, comfortable room, good food and great spa сenter. We will go again. Recommend the hotel.
Only one thing we didn't like is that the coffee and tea in the room have to be paid for. They should be free.
The food and spa facilities are amazing!
The rooms are not big, and the bathroom is not really 5*, a bit small without extra lights for the mirror. And the bath is always wet because of the shower location. The elevators are always busy.
I like the room I like the spy very big and clean 2swimming pools inside and outside with hot mineral water There were aqua aerobics classes every day with a very good instructor
I didn’t like the food I am vegetarian there weren’t a lot of options half of the restaurant was for people who smoke there was a smoke and a very bad smell of cigarettes everywhere I did complain about this but nothing changed
