Pros:

The mountain valley view is the only selling point of this place.

Cons:

After making a booking online, I was called and forced to make a small token amount citing various reasons. We expected a decent water bottle, but were provided with a small bisleri water bottle for 2 people later on, after insisting to give a proper water bottle we got one water bottle for 2 days. Breakfast complementary is a trap, this is a hard fixed poha or upma and the sweetest tea. For the price we payed for the room we didn't expect this, we should have paid 40% less. There was no geyser in the bathroom. Hot water was available only in the morning from 7 a.m to 10 a.m and not otherwise. This is not at all hotel, it is a poorly managed homestay.

Standard Room at Evergreen Holidays
Pros:

The location was quite good, the staff were well behaved.

Cons:

The Rooms were unclean, it was nothing like the photos, the bed sheets and tables and chairs were covered with dust, more over the washroom was smelly and unclean, and earthworms were present. Also there was a fix timing for hot waters from morning 7 to 9

This Evergreen is very best in the middle of Mahabaleshwar and Mapro Garden.

Cons:

The room here was very clean and neat, and the taste of the meal here was very cool. Tasty meals. And the owner and staff all the good

Good Nice Friendly Hotel
Pros:

Good Hotel with good facilities , nice location , friendly staffs and many more . The owner Mr.Parth took care of the guest with at most care and friendly. This Hotel accept foreign tourists as most of the hotels near mahabaleswar does not accept foreign guests. They have strawberry farm inside the Hotel and they did offered us the tasty nice strawberries to taste. good and nice people. The breakfast was nice and tasty with good tea . I do appreciate their efforts to take care of the guest with at most care. nice and friendly hotel
