We had a cosy stay and will consider this hotel in the future.
Pros:

Location was the main attraction.
Just within 7-10 minutes to Kuala Kangsar's historical sites.
Easy access and the view is spectacular.
The room is spacious too. we got 2 extra mattress on additional cost.
Breakfast was good too.

Cons:

Our room view was facing the river but the walkway from the lift to get to our room, you can see a small cemetery.
We were fine with it and nothing to be concern about that view.
We stayed there for two nights.

Hotel on the royal grounds
Pros:

The only decent hotel in kuala kangsar. Attractive hotel recepionist on day duty very courteous and welcoming. Peaceful serene surroundings in prime location

Cons:

No bathtub. Booking.com needs to update info the hotel does have swimming pool.
