Pros:

Great location ,with amazing views from the small balcony in our room.Comfy beds & great shower.Small fridge in room + kettle to make a hot drink.
Friendly reception staff.

Cons:

8:30 start for bfast,earlier would be better!

Overall stay was good except the bed runner, staff was really kind and supportive. The view from the terrace was perfect

Staff was really supportive and kind. They helped with everything and allowed me to check out late.

Cons:

The bed runner was not clean; there were small hairs stuck to it, which had also transferred onto the duvet.

Прекрасные хозяева отеля. Отель догфрендли, собак там любят, а мы путешествуем с собакой. Есть небольшой, закрытый внутренний дворик с прекрасным видом на Казбек. Останавливаемся в этом отеле каждый раз когда едем в Ереван.

Amazing stay - views and quality
Pros:

It’s not our first time at this hotel. Very cozy place, amazing staff and location. Nice rooms, very comfortable beds. Breath-taking views from the room terrace. Plentiful and tasty breakfast (40 GEL, totally worth it). We were missing the owner’s dog this time 😊 She is a great company!

Great hotel with amazing location and very lovely stuff. Great value for money.
The breakfast was also very tasty and absolutely recommended

Cons:

Would have enjoyed if dinner was available at the premises, but not the big deal at the end since the Hotel is close to lovely restaurants.
