Außergewöhnlich nette, symphatische und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin!

Die Gastgeberin ist unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit.
Sie hat uns bei der Planung unseres Aufenthalts mit praktischen Tipps zu Bikerouten sehr geholfen. Am Ende meines Urlaubes hatte ich leider einen Unfall. Die Gastgeberin war unglaublich hilfsbereit, hat bei der Bergung, beim Besuch im Krankenhaus und bei den Carabinieri und in allen Belangen geholfen. Wir bedanken uns für die schöne Woche und kommen sicher wieder.

Gentilezza e professionalità del personale. Appartamento curato e confortevole.
Pros:

La tranquillità dell'appartamento e la gentilezza dello staff sono stati impagabili.
La struttura è praticamente al centro del paese, che si gira tutto a piedi con grande facilità.
L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i confort e gli spazi sono generosi. Noi abbiamo alloggiato nel bilocale superior.
Carlotta è stata molto gentile nel fornirci tutte le indicazioni utili per il nostro soggiorno, dandoci anche la possibilità di posteggiare davanti alla struttura e di ritardare un pò il nostro check out.

Really fantastic value for money we had everything we needed and a safe place for our bikes

Cons:

The breakfast in the local coffee shop was terrible the tea was made with graduals and the croissants were dry being on a biking holiday we need a lot more at the start of the day

I've got scammed

The position, that's it.

Cons:

We have found our apartment completely different from what we had booked.
Instead of a king-size bed, we received a small, old, and destroyed sofa, which was used as a bed.
When we asked if it was possible to change an apartment, the owner said that this was a chaotic mistake, and every room was already booked.
After reading older reviews, we realised that we're not the first ones that had been scammed.
The breakfast is not placed in the restaurant. It's a coupon for one cornetto and a caffe in the bar that is around 5 minutes away from the apartment, and the sweets are not the best quality...

Pros:

Posizione ottima nel centro di Massa Marittima, camera pulita, bagno un po' piccolo ma per due persone è ok. La colazione è gestita tramite buoni presso due bar convenzionati molto vicini all'alloggio, ci hanno trattati benissimo.
Punto strategico per fare giornate di mare nel tratto di costa più vicino (Torre Mozza, Follonica, Piombino).
