Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Hotel ist neu und modern. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt angenehm, dennoch gibt es einige Punkte mit Verbesserungspotenzial.

Das Frühstück war leider sehr eintönig. Die Auswahl war begrenzt und das Buffet bot jeden Tag die gleichen Speisen. Obwohl regelmäßig nachgefüllt wurde, geschah dies nur in kleinen Mengen.

Das Abendessen wurde im Restaurant eines anderen Hotels serviert. Bei einer Außentemperatur von 34 °C war der Aufenthalt dort aufgrund der schlechten Belüftung und der ausgeschalteten Klimaanlage sehr unangenehm.

Enttäuschend waren außerdem die unterschiedlichen Portionsgrößen. Während Gäste an den Nachbartischen deutlich größere Portionen erhielten, bekamen wir bei den Fischgerichten (Schwanzstück bzw. Filet) sowie beim Dessert (Kuchen) teilweise nur einen Bruchteil der Menge. Da die Speisen serviert wurden und kein Nachschlag möglich war, empfanden wir dies als unfair und enttäuschend.

Wünschenswert wäre außerdem eine Möglichkeit, Strandtücher, Kleidung und andere persönliche Gegenstände zu trocknen.

La posizione è senza dubbio ottimale, sulla passeggiata di Lido di Camaiore. La pulizia della camera ed il bagno ottima. La camera ha una perfetta insonorizzazione quindi silenzio assoluto.

Cons:

I cuscini erano scomodi anche se erano due cuscini erano simili quindi non avevi modo di poter scegliere quello più comodo per te.

Pros:

Camera confortevole, struttura fronte mare con vicinanza della spiaggia libera. Ottima colazione a buffet continentale e ottima cena, con piatti super abbondanti!!! Personale gentile e disponibile.
Si può usufruire anche delle due piscine alle strutture principali.
Dopo che pulivano la camera, lasciavano sempre due bottigliette di acqua.

Cons:

Unica pecca (camera a piano terra), quando nelle altre camere usavano il bagno, il nostro emetteva un rumore dal bidet di scarico.
