Nice clean budget room for a short stay
Pros:

Staff were friendly and caring specially Saman was looking after us very well, situated in a good location close to plenty of shops and restaurants, hotel is kept clean and tidy

Cons:

Because of the glass doors too much light coming in to the room at night, beds were solid but the mattress wasn’t the best and breakfast could be improved

Far under our expectations
Cons:

- very, very dirty rooms (room was not vacuumed before arrival, spider webs everywhere, hair in shower, etc.)
- old facilities
- all kinds of insects and animals in the room
- uncomfortable, old mattresses
- bad shower (no hot water)
- no toilet paper in the room
- shower gel has previously been used by another guest

Cons:

I found some hairs on the bedsheets. The carpet in the room has not been vacuumed, and there were some slips and bills under the bed. The refrigerator isn't there.

Alojamiento bastante moderno y actualizado, con piscina. Personal extremadamente amable.

Cons:

La ubicación, no hay nada cerca pero sirve para desconectar y estar a 10’ de Polonaruwa en coche.

Nous avons adoré
Pros:

Nous sommes restés deux nuits dans cette hôtel et n’avons pas du tout regretté notre choix .
Chambre propre , personnel très attentionné , bon restaurant , bon petit déjeuner et la piscine est un vrai plus . Elle est bien entretenue.
Nous avons eu la chance d’assister même à un mariage le matin et de se voir offrir des pâtisseries traditionnelles de mariage par le gérant de l’hôtel !
Ils ont été très arrangeants avec nous pour nous trouver un pressing et un taxi le jour du départ .
En tuk tuk nous sommes à 10 min de la vieille ville. Donc parfait car il est possible de dîner sur place , la carte est fournie et la cuisine très copieuse .
