Pros:

Балкон. Общий санузел был на две комнаты, поэтому всегда было свободно и чисто.

Кондиционер гудел как трактор и не охлаждал.

dirty and bad experience
Pros:

It is not a clean place, the room, toilet and bathroom smelled bad, there were cut nails on the bed. The room was very cold and dark. Bed linens and pillows were dirty, not changed for new customer.

Pros:

I spent there 10 days. Excellent for this low price. Friendly English speaking stuff, available but never disturbing. Good internet, it was enough for video calls. There was everything necessary, incl good conditioning, some plates and cups, and nothing unnecessary. Also available a washing machine for clothes was available, for 10 lari, but I didn't use it. Quite neighbors. Wooden windows and walls looked old, but contributed to the whole amazing atmosphere of the old city around.
