This hotel is very good value and we would stay again. Keti’s service was so good it deserves a second mention.
Pros:

The room is very clean and comfortable and has everything you may need, even to the extent of a bottle of wine and tooth care products. The breakfast is comprehensive and tasty. Our host, Keti, was amazing. She was beyond helpful with everything we asked, including making enquiries on our behalf and walking with me to show the location of some nearby things.

Cons:

Don’t be put off by the exterior of the building, once you enter this family run hotel you are in good hands.

Visit to Tbilisi in July 2025
Pros:

Family 4 night stay travelling from UK through Georgia in July 2025.
The choice of hotel was based on internet search and good reviews.
I have to say I am very glad I made the decision and booked The Family Hotel Triston.
Our stay was excellent, very clean and comfortable rooms; tasty breakfast; good location with links to public transport and above all Keti, the hotel host and Manana, Keti's mom. We were made very welcome by Keti all our needs were met and questions answered.
At the end of our stay we felt like part of the family.
We absolutely loved the hotel and definitely will be booking it again if we visit beautiful Tbilisi again.

Были семьей в конце августа. Понравилось всё. Место расположение,оборудование номера и чистота, отношение хозяйки отеля и персонала, завтрак как в хорошей пятерке. Отдельно хочется выделить гостеприимство . По приезду нам было рассказано и показано очень много, а когда мы находились в номере на вотсап пришло очень много сообщений с описанием мест , как к ним добраться и история этих достопримечательностей . Из чего можно сделать вывод как люди любят сильно город и свою страну. Очень интеллигентная и приятная хозяйка отеля. Также хочу вернуться к завтраку , было всё очень очень вкусно и достаточно много. Если бы мы по объему поели в ближайшем кафе это бы потянуло на 2/3 от стоимости номера, а по качеству не дотянуло. Уверен, что при каждом посещении Тбилиси буду бронировать только эту гостиницу и даже не буду делать попыток искать другое место. От добра добра не ищут. Спасибо большое за гостеприимство!!!

Мы остались очень довольны заботой о гостях и уютной атмосферой. Тёплый приём и внимание хозяев сделали отдых комфортным
Pros:

Останавливались парой в семейном отеле по совету друзей. Хозяева оказались очень добрыми и внимательными, приятно удивил тёплый и радушный приём. При заселении подробно объяснили, где разменять деньги, купить sim-карту, а также рассказали о главных достопримечательностях.

Чистый и просторный номер с ежедневной уборкой. Есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания – кондиционер, холодильник, удобная кровать, качественное бельё, хороший напор воды в душе и сушилка.

Отдельно хочется отметить вкусные и сытные завтраки, которые заряжали энергией на целый день. Приятным бонусом стала бутылка белого вина в подарок и парковочное место рядом с отелем. Удобное расположение — магазины и метро в шаговой доступности.

Wyjątkowo sympatyczna i pomocna właścicielka. Dostęp do kawy i herbaty w kąciku śniadaniowym odzież cały dzień. Doskonała komunikacja przed i w trakcie pobytu.Pomoc w każdej sprawie związanej z pobytem. Prezent w postaci powitalnego wina. Szczoteczki i pasta do zębów.

Cons:

Łazienka wymaga remontu (pęknięta umywalka, zagrzybiałe fugi, okropna mata na podłodze). Umiejscowienie w starym, odrapanym bloku.

Excellent and very clean family run hotel with comfortable bed and good shower and a wonderful breakfast. The owners are helpful and kind hearted. The location is about 700m from 300 Aragveli metro station, from there its one stop to Avlabari two stops to Liberty Square. If coming from Airport, the airport bus 337 stops at 300 Aragveli metro.
