The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel like we were at home. The food served at the resort was fresh and delicious, especially the local dishes.

pathetic location and absolutely low budget hotel at very high price..
Pros:

Absolutely nothing.. avoidable and passable. Take refund if you still have time to cancel...

Cons:

Pathetic location. As you enter, you find broken road going through chawls and hutments... Overall, it was horrifying experience that too at expensive price... Don't at all get fooled by pics and surely a no go for family..

It's not in Gulmarg but 20 km away from the Gulmarg. Food quality was very poor. And very expansive. They were insisting to have food at their hotel..

Nothing much.. just a stay over hotel with no warming options.. had to sleep in cold rooms and cold bed

Average but if they install heating systems in the hotel rooms then must preferred hostel

We had booked a room on the 22nd based on the distance from Gulmarg which was written as 6.1 miles .But we were shocked to find that we were cheated as the hotel is located 31 kilometres away from Srinagar and was 20 kilometres away from Gulmarg .(this place is KULSAR)
As we had already paid 2500 as our taxi fare from Srinagar to Gulmarg and had paid the complete room rent,we had no other alternative but to stay at GUL SITARA. We cancelled our Gondola ride which we had booked for 23rd morning as it is 20 kms away and we would have to pay a lot to reach there. The staff said that they had mentioned the correct distance to Booking .com and blamed them for writing the wrong distance.
Travellers ,beware of these kinds of traps and tricks by resorts and travel apps.
