Pros:

Once I booked the hotel, the receptionist, Sachin, called to confirm my arrival time. When I arrived, my room was ready, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The food I ordered from the hotel was tasty, well prepared, and reasonably priced—good value for money.

Cons:

The TV offered only regional channels, which was a bit disappointing as the channel selection was otherwise quite good.
