A very bad experience — unprofessional staff, ugly room, and zero support
Pros:

I had a terrible experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. Despite having a confirmed booking, the staff refused to allow check-in without giving a valid reason. They were unresponsive, unprofessional, and showed no willingness to communicate.
When I tried to resolve the issue through Booking.com, the hotel didn’t even bother answering their calls. This shows a complete lack of accountability and basic customer service.
The room they eventually showed was nothing like what was advertised – it looked run-down, dirty, and felt more like a cheap roadside lodge than a hotel. The facilities were extremely poor.
To make things worse, the lift was ancient and looked unsafe, like it hadn’t been maintained in decades. I didn’t feel comfortable using it at all.
Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. False advertising, rude staff, and no help from the hotel itself. Avoid at all costs.

Too much water scarcity..Water not coming from Basin, Toilet & bathroom.. You have to call them for water..Even drinking water is also not available always..You have to force them for water suppily. 😡
