Pros:

Fajny stylowy hotel. Po przyjeździe mieliśmy małe problemy z pokojem ale personel i właściciel podszedł do tematu bardzo ambitnie. Dostaliśmy inny lepszy pokój i winko w ramach rekompensaty. Śniadania urozmaicone, a wszystko świeżutkie.

Unfreundlich mit Raucherzimmer.

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr enttäuschend. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war unfreundlich und wenig lösungsorientiert. Das Zimmer entpuppte sich als Raucherzimmer – der Geruch war extrem unangenehm, eher wie in einer alten Kneipe als in einem Hotelzimmer. Auf meine Beschwerde hin wurde mir lediglich gesagt, ich könne ja abreisen, was absolut inakzeptabel ist.
Zusätzlich war der Service im Restaurant ebenfalls mangelhaft: Für 8 Pierogi musste ich 45 Minuten warten. Insgesamt keine Empfehlung.

Pobyt był bardzo rozczarowujący. Obsługa w recepcji była nieuprzejma i zupełnie nienastawiona na rozwiązanie problemu. Pokój okazał się pokojem dla palących – zapach był bardzo nieprzyjemny, jak w starej knajpie, a nie w hotelu. Na moją skargę usłyszałam tylko, że mogę się wymeldować, co jest absolutnie nieakceptowalne.

Dodatkowo obsługa w restauracji była słaba: na 8 pierogów czekałam 45 minut. Ogólnie nie polecam.
