Feci nel water, mutande sporche nel cestino, gestori maleducati

Cons:

Non c' era nessuno alla reception, la porta era semplicemente aperta in balia di chiunque. Abbiamo telefonato al numero esposto e ci hanno risposto come se nulla fosse, dicendoci che potevamo andare dietro il bancone e prenderci le chiavi da soli. Inoltre la colazione, compresa nel prezzo, non sarebbe stata servita perché il bar non era funzionante. Saliti in camera, la porta risultava aperta, c' era una gran puzza e nel water, in bella vista, c'erano delle feci, addirittura le macchie arrivavano al bordo. La doccia era piena di peli, c' erano delle mutande nel secchio e della carta sporca di feci. Sul divanetto una grande macchia di cui non vorrei scoprire l' origine. Abbiamo utilizzato un piccolo asciugamano per asciugarci le mani dopo averle lavate, l' unico servizio di cui abbiamo usufruito. Siamo andati via subito dopo e ora l' host ci contesta, per il rimborso, che avendo usato l' asciugamano non ne abbiamo diritto. Inoltre insinua che abbiamo fatto la doccia... Incommentabile. Lo sconsiglio vivamente a tutti, soprattutto per la maledizione dei gestori.

Buon pernottamento
Pros:

Posizione centralissima, gentilezza, stanza arredata in modo moderno in palazzina storica, stanza ampia e insonorizzata adeguatamente, presente un piccolo frigorifero. A pochi passi bar, pizzeria, gelateria e tanti servizi. Parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze anche gratuito. Colazione classica brioches e cappuccino/caffè. Noi siamo stati in settimana quindi nessun problema con la Ztl.

Cons:

L'edificio è storico quindi non è presente l'ascensore. Ci sono le scale per raggiungere le stanze.

Charming character hotel in the heart of Piedimonte Matese
Pros:

Overall I had a very pleasant stay. The building itself is beautiful and full of character. I believe it is an older property, and the grand stone staircase at the entrance gives it a really elegant, historic feel.

Although there was a reception desk but no staff on site, check-in was straightforward. I was given an entry code for the main door, and collected my room key from the café next door without any issues.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was particularly lovely, with a powerful rainfall shower that was excellent after a day of exploring. Breakfast was typically Italian, with a selection of sweet pastries, all of which were fresh and delicious. The staff were also exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel very welcome.

Cons:

The property doesn’t have a lift, so guests should be aware that luggage needs to be carried up the beautiful stone staircase. The room was comfortable but a little dated in places, and one of the curtain rails was slightly tilted. Breakfast only offered sweet Italian pastries, with no savoury options, so those who prefer a more substantial breakfast may find the selection a little limited.

Una Parola: "FANTASTICO"
Pros:

Tutto, personale eccellente, proprietario super disponibile, ci ha spiegato i luoghi di interesse e da visistare a Piedimonete Matese, addirittura ci ha lasciato il suo contatto personale per chiamarlo in caso di necessità, una piccola attenzione ma super apprezzata.

Stanza super pulita e rifornita di tutto l'essenziale, silenziosa e fornita di tutti i comfort.

Letto super comodo, camera fresca anche se in piena estate.

Colazione eccellente e molto buona.

Cons:

Nulla, non c'è stata una nota negativa in tutto il soggiorno.
