Pros:

Il personale, soprattutto la proprietaria, gentile e disponibile. Colazione e cena superlativi, camera bellissima, ampia e confortevole, tutti gli ambienti dell'hotel sono molto curati e suggestivi, soprattutto la sala ristorante. Ci è piaciuta molto anche la SPA, piccola ma con tutto il necessario: sauna, bagno turco, docce, vasche kneipp, sala relax con tisane e frutta, un idromassaggio riscaldato all'esterno. Notare che si è in una contrada fuori dai centri abitati, per raggiungere qualsiasi servizio bisogna fare 20-30 minuti di auto, ma dalla contrda partono belle escursioni e delle piste da fondo. Le bevande sono a pagamento, tranne l'acqua naturale (di rubinetto, molto buona) che è sempre disponibile, sia al tavolo che in camera.

Cons:

Avrei gradito degli spazi "comuni" come una lounge o una sala svago dove poter passare il tempo fuori dalla camera. Non esiste una vera hall di ingresso con dei divanetti o simili.

Der Service, das Frühstück / Abendessen waren hervorragend, wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.
Die Zimmer ausreichend groß, die Lage ist für Menschen die Ruhe und Erholung suchen perfekt.

Posto super consigliato!
Pros:

Stanza bella e accogliente, dotata di tutto il necessario.
Personale gentile e premuroso.
Posizione dell'alloggio in un piccolo paese che da sulla valle. Punto di partenza ottimo per girare tutta la Val Venosta.
Cibo sia a colazione che a cena buono e ricercato.
Olga la proprietaria sorridente e ospitale.

Magical .... and memorable
Pros:

This is a generational family business. They have honed their service delivery into a fine art. It was an amazing place to stay , highly recommend staying here !!

Cons:

I had to capture a spider in my room and relocate it to another part of the building , but we can't blame the hotel for that.
