Clean and spacious.
Bon emplacement.

It's a two bedroom apartment with a terrace. We've choose it for the two bedrooms. Quiet for its location near very busy boulevard in Bucharest. We could park our car at the entrance
It's called "Lagom Hotel" but it isn't a hotel at all. It's a flat of apartments. No desk, no breakfast room, no lift (elevator). Be prepared to carry on your luggages three floors (in our case). The two bedroom apartment with terrace is a mansarde. Just one air conditioned device for all the apartment on the opposite side to bedrooms. When is hot outside is not enough, the bedrooms doesn't have opening windows or other way of ventilation
The room, the facilities and the staff were nice and comfortable, it is good value for money.
Due to the area the apartment is located and the summer period, during our stay, we saw a cockroach in the room, probably came from outside
The location was perfect for us and the apartment itself was very comfortable - spacious and clean with good beds. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony, too. We also appreciated the couple extra hours late check-out very much.
It was not a problem for us, but if you have a lot of luggage, you will have to haul it up stairs and no one is around to assist. It's not really a "hotel" as it is called in the traditional sense in that in a hotel you would expect to find a reception, staff, lobby, elevators, and a place to keep luggage if you have a late flight. It's more like a nice apartment without a full kitchen. However, it did have a lovely little dining table, microwave, and fridge for breakfast items and leftovers. Overall, it was absolutely perfect for our one night and day in Bucharest.
