Расстроена, огорчена, возмущена
Pros:

Я оцениваю в 5 звёзд, эти 5 звезды полностью из-за чистоты. Персонал , который убирался в комнате была очень любезной (к сожалению не знаю имени). В комнате было чисто , единственное бельё и полотенца менялось один раз (мы были с 19го по 24)

Cons:

Отзыв пишу специально спустя достаточно поздно после отъезда, чтобы отзыв был не с горяча.
С момента заезда при диалоге с ресепшеонистом , у меня возникло не приятное впечатление, потому как
девушка была грубовата и отвечала с не охотой, ссылаясь на то, что она новый сотрудник. Приходилось всё буквально самой выпрашивать у неё (вай фай, время завтрака, места рядом где можно поесть)
Кстати вай фай практически не ловил , в основном пользовались своими мобильными данными.
Завтрак - это отдельный разговор. Каждое утро - одно и то же - каша, омлет или яишница, сосиски порезанные кусочки, бутеры хлеб с колбасой , сыром и маслом. Потом пошли варёные яйца вместо омлета и жаренных.
В день отъезда , в 9 утра не смогли позавтракать, хотя я не думаю, что многое потеряли с таким завтраком.
Но если принципиально, этот завтрак был оплачен мною, и не позавтракали мы не по нашей вине.
Видите ли повару некогда нас обслуживать, и она не виновата , что много народу именно в 9 утра (хотя завтрак с 8 до 10), и не виновата что мы уезжаем именно утром (это со слов и возмущения самого повара)
Для информации, я за день до отъезда предупредила её лично, что завтра мы улетаем в 9 утра и до отъезда хотели бы позавтракать. На что я получила ответ на повышенном тоне , что она не помнит и не обязана помнить обо всём.
Советовать кому-либо эту гостиницу я не буду и сама в последующем конечно же останавливаться там не буду.

Поблизости не найти ни кафешку, ни кофейню. Хотя бы установите автоматы по выдаче кофе, не говоря уже об отсутствии пере
