Pros:

屋上のテラスで飲むワインが最高でした！(写真にあるような椅子がなかったのは残念)
自家製オリジナルワイン、とても美味しかったです。
部屋は広くてアンティーク調なのも魅力的で、ベッドもソファも心地よかったです。またトビリシに来たら絶対泊まりたいです！

Cons:

チェックアウト後に荷物を預かっていただいたのですが、取りに行った時になかなか連絡が取れず、帰りの飛行機に間に合うかヒヤヒヤしました。

Przemiły personel, bardzo czysto i wygodnie. Dostaliśmy wino na przywitanie, wypiliśmy je na tarasie z pięknym widokiem. Na zdjęciach hotelu nie widać, jak świetny jest taras, widok prawie 360 stopni :)

+Czystość w pokoju!!!
+udogodnienia (lodówka, pralka, wyposażona kuchnia, wygodne łóżko, przestrzeń, itd)
+ super miły właściciel!
+ przyjazna atmosfera
+ cisza, spokój, chill out po całym dniu zwiedzania
+ Do starej części miasta jest 10 min spacerkiem

Cons:

Nie mogę powiedzieć, że mi się nie podobało, osobiście nie było to dla mnie problemem- żeby dotrzeć do obiektu trzeba podejść mocno pod górę, co dla niektórych może być kłopotliwe. Ma to jednak swoje plusy- jest to zaciszna część miasta, bez imprezowiczów.

It was wonderful and if we ever visit Tibilisi again we would staying at this accomodation
Pros:

Property has breathtaking views ,the host served us their home made wine to get the proper local experience at their terrace.
Our room was nothing short of a luxurious studio apartment including coffee machine, projector tv and a small kitchenette + washing machine.
The hosts were warm and friendly which was a bonus.

Cons:

All good.
Only thing is be prepared to be walking up the hill, however the cabs/ taxis also do pick up/drop from and to the accommodation so this can easily be ignored

Well located accommodation close to the city centre. As a surprise there was a bathtub in the middle of the room. This was a modern studio apartment with a suitable accommodation. Kind and helpful staff.

Всем советую эту гостиницу. Размещение было очень комфортным, номер просторный, чистый, уборка производилась своевременно. Хозяева очень приятные люди, на все вопросы отвечали, подсказывали, рассказывали. Гостиница находится чуть на высоте, мы чаще поднимались на такси, было не дорого. За то вид с террасы гостиницы был шикарный.

Notre suite était spacieuse et très bien équipée. Les hôtes sont adorables et nous ont offert du vin de leurs propres vignes. La terrasse offre une vue spectaculaire sur la ville et nous avons beaucoup apprécié y admirer le coucher du soleil.

Отличный гостевой дом. Хозяева очень дружелюбные, угощают вкусным домашним вином. Удачное месторасположение, в старом городе. Шикарная терраса с потрясающим видом на Тбилиси. Были с женой и дочкой - забронировали комфортный двухкомнатный номер, с мини кухней.

Tolle, saubere und preiswerte Unterkunft - ruhig und zentral gelegen
Pros:

Die Größe und Ausstattung des sauberen Zimmers ist außergewöhnlich. Die Dachterrasse vor allem Abends ist toll. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch Deutsch wird gesprochen.

Cons:

Wir haben gar nichts auszusetzen. Man muss ca. 10min von der Stadt nach Hause laufen, auch bergauf. Wer es nicht mag, kann ein Taxi nehmen. Das kostet in Georgien ja fast nichts

Очень чисто в апартаментах , пахнет новым , свежий ремонт , все сделано красиво. Так же на верху крыши общая терраса с видом на город 🌆 И так же приветливый и очень приятный персонал , людям действительно важно, что бы гостям было удобно и комфортно 😍 до центра города пешком 10-15 минут

Cons:

Находится на высокой точке относительно расположения , прийдется подняться на гору , будьте готовы к тренировочке 😅 Но есть такси bolt, которое за 4 лари довезет спокойно в центр за 5 минут

Stunning view, calm corner, beautiful apartment.
Pros:

Amazing view, very calm and comfortable, lovingly arranged. I was in the apartment in the last floor with this amazing bathtub. Loved it!

Cons:

Nothing, but be prepared to walk up the hill.
