An absolutely wonderful place!
The welcoming hosts greeted us with homemade wine and complete trust.

The apartment itself is very beautiful, modern, and equipped with all the amenities—and even more!

Great terrace and courtyard.
I’d also like to mention the housekeeping—it was done very thoroughly and at a convenient time.

I highly recommend it—this place is simply top-notch.
A big thank you to the owners for their hospitality and this beautiful place.

Pros:

Location was excellent and the staff were great. Got there early in the morning after out flight and they were accommodating with an early check in and had (non reserved) parking outside for our car. Keep in mind in Tbilisi parking spaces are hard to come by in general, although we never struggled outside the apartment.

Steep walk back to the apartment from the city but only 20 mins to the old town. Not a problem as bolts are readily available for those who need it.

Cons:

The room was very hot although we were on the top floor so this is to be expected. There is no lift in the apartment block, which was fine for us but would be more difficult for those less able.

Ground floor room so no view. Sauna in basement and had to text host to get it turned on. Projects blurry and unusable.

An unforgettable stay with outstanding hospitality, perfect location, and one of the best views in Tbilisi.
Pros:

Everything was exceptional. The hosts welcomed me with their own homemade wine, which immediately set the tone for a warm and authentic experience. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout the stay. The hotel was spotless, very well maintained, and felt both cozy and high-quality at the same time. The location is perfect, with an absolutely stunning view over Tbilisi. The room itself was beautiful, but the highlight was the view — easily one of the most breathtaking I’ve seen in the city. Everything exceeded expectations.

Cons:

Nothing. There was honestly nothing I would change.

屋上のテラスで飲むワインが最高でした！(写真にあるような椅子がなかったのは残念)
自家製オリジナルワイン、とても美味しかったです。
部屋は広くてアンティーク調なのも魅力的で、ベッドもソファも心地よかったです。またトビリシに来たら絶対泊まりたいです！

Cons:

チェックアウト後に荷物を預かっていただいたのですが、取りに行った時になかなか連絡が取れず、帰りの飛行機に間に合うかヒヤヒヤしました。
