I had a really great experience at Potch Manor Guesthouse. The location is fantastic—super convenient and close to everything you need, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

One thing I really appreciated was how they handled breakfast while their kitchen staff were off. Instead of skipping it, they provided vouchers for a nearby restaurant, which was a really thoughtful touch and worked out perfectly.

Overall, a comfortable and well-managed place to stay. I’d definitely recommend it and would happily return.

Our experience at Potch Manor was outstanding from beginning to end. From the warm welcome on our first day to the thoughtful accommodations made throughout our stay, everything exceeded our expectations.

We were in Potchefstroom for my daughter’s graduation, which meant a busy schedule with makeup appointments, hair installations, and photography sessions. Almari went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. She even offered the main foyer for our photoshoot — a gesture that made our day even more special.

The breakfasts were delicious, and on our final morning, she kindly extended breakfast hours so we could sleep in after a night of celebrating. That level of personal care meant so much to us.

A special mention goes to the lovely lady who assisted us on Wednesday. Although I regret forgetting her name, her warmth, exceptional customer service, and genuine kindness made us feel truly cared for. We felt her love in every interaction.

Everything about our stay — the staff, the room, the food, and the overall service — was simply perfect. Thank you, Potch Manor, for making this milestone so memorable. I will definitely book again whenever I return to Potchefstroom.
