Cons:

The place is near a mosque, which is convenient. However, the receptionist was not very professional. When we informed him about our check-out, he said there were no staff available to help take the luggage from our room and that there was nothing he could do. Later, I found two Bangladeshi staff members who kindly helped us carry the luggage out of the room. Their help was greatly appreciated.

They charge me for 2 rooms
And gave me one room
Did not give me money or the other room
I spoke to everyone in the reception
They all said I will get my money back
I tried 3 days
But what a day light robbery in the most holiest place
They charged me 1744.00 riyal but only refund me 34 riyals
They purposely did it
I warn other please be careful to share your card details

Pros:

Was fine for a short stay. The staffs were helpful and the location was very central. Would recommend other people to use the hotel.

Property needs renovation beds need to change & toilets need to be clean .
