Artsy, hip, great espresso, spend 2 evening and meet Balestrand.
Pros:

Super fun vibe, guests were playing games, ordering drinks and generally enjoying the evening together. View of the fjord is exceptional for breakfast and evening! Staff was very friendly and genuinely happy to have guests coming in.

Agradable estancia
Pros:

Desde nuestro balcón tuvimos una vista preciosa sobre el fjordo, y hasta salió el sol! Las camas son blandas pero cómodas, el baño correcto.
Nos gustó mucho el detalle del café con croissant gratuito por la mañana.

Pros:

Nice location. Rooms are clean and retro style. Nice sea view. Hotel is Refurbished to be bright and colorful with art. They offer different amenities to enjoy like the sauna, water inflatables, croquet mallets and badminton rackets, a billiards table. They recommend you to local dining establishments for dinner as there are not a lot of food options in the area.

Cons:

Breakfast is simple croissants butter and coffee. Could have appreciated some eggs. In the evening Bar only serves drinks and some packaged snacks would have appreciated some more choices like pasta and fries etc. Bathroom shower doesn’t have a floor divider from the toilet so floor gets wet after showering and you use the rubber squeegee to mop it up. I wished they offered more space for the luggage and not just 1 luggage rack for two people.

Una tappa a Balestrand viaggiando per il Sognefjord è d'obbligo!
Pros:

La vista dall'albergo era incantevole, lo staff è stato molto gentile e la posizione molto strategica per visitare i fiordi vicini. Per la colazione erano disponibili tè e croissant, semplice colazione all'italiana

La doccia ha la tenda ma tende a bagnarsi gran parte del pavimento

Nous sommes restés très peu, mais l’ambiance était adorable et très simple
Pros:

L’ambiance est super et la localisation aussi. Le hall ressemble un peu à un tiers-lieu, la salle de jeu est très conviviale. Pour avoir un petit déjeuner complet, il faut aller dans un hôtel partenaire, mais le Balestrand offre des croissants et du café à ses résidents tous les matins.
Le personnel est particulièrement adorable

Cons:

Les équipements sont un peu vieillot. Ça se ressent un peu partout. La chambre que nous occupions était assez petite, peut-être parce que quelqu’un avait laissé un lit bébé !

Hele gezellige sfeer! Het personeel is enorm vriendelijk en de lobby met veel tafeltjes, spellen, pool biljart en lekkere drankjes was ideaal om ook bij slecht weer te ontspannen!

Goed verblijf voor korte periode.
Pros:

Goede uitstraling en sfeer beneden in het hotel. Diverse hoekjes en ruimte om spelletjes te doen die er lagen.
Mooi uitzicht vanuit hotel en terras.
