A bit disappointing stay for the price we paid.
Pros:

People expect the hotel name "Suites" offers facilities such as refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, iron and iron board, etc. in the room. So the name is misleading. This hotel is very basic and will disappoint people who travel with family. There was now indows looking outside that made us feel like we are in a dark room.

Must have the things mentioned above to make the guests more comfortable.

No elevator. Not advisable for PWD, senior citizen and with heart illnesses.

Arrived early, the front desk insisted the strict policy of standard check-in time at 2pm (didn’t even offer the charge for early check-in rate) I ask maybe if they could compensate or consider us to check-in at 1:45pm because we will check-out 4am and could not even avail their breakfast, supervisor said “our rooms are time auto generated ma’am.” 😱 quite surprise for the first I’ve heard that.

Only coffee included with their limited choice for breakfast! No milk, milo or juice for kids choice 😡

So hassle and inconvenience, they only provide one key card. I always request from the front to open our room (hence our companion was still out and with the key because our companion was the last to go out) they use separate card to open the room and different card for electricity 😡 so we need to request again to open the room every time we go down.
