Amazing value, clean room, stocked with extras, friendly family staff.
Pros:

Friendly staff, amazing accommodation for the price. For $15 aud per day you get a private room with a view, fridge, en suite and comfortable double bed. Extreme value even for Vietnam. They have a laundry service available too. This is perfect for those that want to travel Vietnam on the cheap but would prefer privacy to a massive noisy hostel.

Cons:

Genuinely have no issues and will be extending my stay.

Friendly owners and a great location.
Pros:

Very nice property tucked away in a more local area of the city. The owner and his wife were unbelievably kind and trusting. They did whatever they could to make my stay pleasent. The room was well kept and very comfortable. Very happy with my stay. There is a lot to do and see in the area. Close enough to main attractions while out of the chaos of the main city.

Great location, greater staff.
Pros:

The family owning this hotel is lovely, the location is very local, so you have a lot to see and eat, it is near to the canal/river which is full of cafes. Really good price, and they can clean your room at any time, ten out of ten.

Cons:

All was good.

Pros:

A very clean and quiet place run by a lovely young family. Lots of privacy and open space in the room. Perfect for a close by getaway from all the noise around district 1. For the price, definitely the best room I stayed in.
