I had booked Deluxe Room but was provided most ordinary room
no fresh bedsheet, blanket cover were provided

It was not a deluxe room as advertiseditwas very small. The front photo was not like the photo they provided. There were a number of businesses sharing that building. You could smell smoking in the corridors outside the room.

The room was clean and there was hot water and a shower. It was in a central area close to facilities.

Behulpzaam.personeel. Ik was mijn oplaadstekker vergeten, stond al op een taxi te wachten toen één van de personseelsleden alsnog de.stekker bracht. Echt heel aardig!

Pros:

The hotel never had any breakfast as they refused to give me even after offering to pay for it.

Cons:

I didn't like anything. The hotel doesn't have option to pay by credit card. There were no bed side sockets to charge phone or laptop. The staffs were rude offering little to help.
