Pros:

Персонал был доброжелательный , всегда помогал . Нас спокойно выселили раньше и вернули деньги , за неиспользованные дни.

Cons:

Комната требует косметического ремонта. Также ночью в номере появился химический-удушливый запах и нам пришлось менять номер. Частые перебои света , во время которого мы застряли в лифте . Плохой интернет .

Excellent and quick hospitality
Pros:

Quick service was provided by the hotel staff. Very fast in receiving request and providing quick resolution. Very polite behavior as well. I was travelling and needed last minute accomodation and the members were kind to provide us with excellent hospitality. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who is travelling with family and friends.
