Pros:

Frukost och middag på höjden med medelhavet som utsiktsplats är helt magiskt och måste upplevas. Poolen välstädad och intill finns en trevlig lounge där man kan hänga och umgås. Extra bonus till värden som omsorgsfullt tipsar kring olika restauranger/stränder anpassade för barnfamiljer. Vi lånade ett par cyklar, kostnadsfritt, och tog oss till Riparbella för en mysig fika. Även tennisrack kunde lånas utan kostnad. Hade det funnits en barista hade jag gett 15/10 poäng

Posizione incantevole ma piuttosto scomoda per arrivarci. Bisogna percorrere una strada sterrata per circa 3 km per cui di sera non ci veniva voglia di uscire. Per il resto tutto perfetto, la veduta, la piscina, gli spazi esterni, il cestino di benvenuto sul tavolo dell'appartamento...

Un posto fantastico , completo di tutto ! Tanto Svago , bellissimi Paesaggi ,bici , campo da tennis ,giochi per bambini, piscina e posti dove stare nel tuo a giocare e a riposare . Posto consigliatissimo !
Unica peca e che non cera il ristorante a disposizione ma in compenso ce la cucina in casa o barbecue da tutte le parti. Tutte cose positive ed ottimo staff (Federica e Chiara)

Pros:

Eigenlijk is er aan verblijf en gastvrijheid niets op te merken. Het was heerlijk, voldoende plek voor de gasten om ergens te zitten. Alles was schoon en comfortabel. Bij aankomst ook een welkomstpakket en de noodzakelijke artikelen zijn aanwezig.

Cons:

Er viel weinig tegen. De laatste paar km rijden gaat over onverharde weg, wat voor onze lage auto wel lastig was.

Pros:

Super schön Aussicht auf die Umgebung und das Meer. 20-30 zum Strand. schotterweg den Berg oben. Sehr schön abseits gelegen. Super Verpflegungskorb, falls man nicht mehr gleich zum
supermarket möchte… Mit Eiern, Milch, Wein, Salami, Brot, croissant, marmelade.

Le cadre est joli, avec des jardins et une jolie vue . L'entretien est soigné, ce qui est appréciable. Le logement est de taille correcte. La piscine est un plus, avec une vue sur la mer. La climatisation est utile en août.

Cons:

L'accès est difficile en raison d'une route non carrossée, et il est fortement déconseillé de suivre le GPS sous peine de se retrouver sur des chemins dangereux. Les matelas sont très mous, et le lit d'appoint pour enfant est grinçant et inconfortable. De plus, nous avons rencontré un problème avec la machine à café qui n'a pas été résolu, nous privant de café au petit déjeuner.

Wir waren jetzt das zweite Mal zu Gast und es war wieder wundervoll. Die Wohnungen sind hübsch eingerichtet und sauber mit dem Charme eines toskanischen Bauernhauses. Die Anlage mit Pool, Tennisplatz, Grillmöglichkeiten, Spielplatz, Tischtennis und vielen Sitzgelegenheiten ist sehr gepflegt, täglich wird für Ordnung und Sauberkeit gesorgt. Federica ist immer für Fragen und Empfehlungen ansprechbar. Vielen Dank!
Die Anlage befindet sich in einem Naturreservat. Die Ruhe und der Blick aufs Meer entschädigen für die etwas holprige Anfahrt. In 10 min erreicht man einen großen Supermarkt und in 20 min den Strand.
Wöchentlich wird eine kostenfreie Weinverkostung angeboten. Waschmaschine und Trockner stehen kostenfrei zur Verfügung.

Luogo elegante e raffinato con ampia zona piscina e terrazze a disposizione. Bella la proposta di degustazione e visita cantina, ristorante con proposte interessanti.

Cons:

Il ristorante era aperto solo la sera. Sarebbe stato ottimale poter stare in loco per la giornata tra appartamento, ristorante e piscina, invece di dover uscire a trovare il pranzo!

Pros:

Basically everything was okay, the view was beautiful, our host was very kind, we got some morning welcome package with a very good wine.

Cons:

The dirtroad towards the accomodation is horrible, it would be worth to just clean it, or sometimes go through on it to at least make the stones out of the way, or make the surface even.

Superb
Pros:

This site is a hidden peaceful pearl in the maremma countryside. The surroundings are beautiful and the way it is distributed is great, finding lots of relaxing spots around the property. The apartment is fully furnished and comfortable with a nice bienvenue basket filled with local products awaiting our arrival. The management is attentive and smiley, we had a small issue with a bed and it was solved the same day. We had the chance to participate to a wine tasting of their own produced wines,. What I found incredible was that all activities were for free. We tried the restaurant and the food was amazing.

Wonderful!
Pros:

A beautiful setting for a relaxing break. The accommodation was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. All mod cons! Federika and Chiara were the perfect hosts always on hand and very helpful. I would love to have stayed longer.
The restaurant was amazing, Food cooked to perfection and their wines were very good. Also reasonably priced and not to forget the excellent, friendly service. The views are wonderful and the pool area is well kept.

Cons:

I feel that because of its location it could do with having a few catering facilities ie cold drinks , snacks and perhaps a bar, as shops are quite a few kilometres away.
