Borzalmas ellátás szép környezet.
Pros:

A medencék tetszettek és hogy közel volt a tengerpart, a szálloda rendezett környezete is tetszett.

Cons:

Nem volt svédasztalos reggeli, megadtak egy napi limitet amiért ehetünk, 3 fő, cukorbeteg férjemmel és kisgyerekkel 3 adag tojást kaptunk kenyér, zöldségek innivaló nélkül. Üdítőket kihozták de a szállás végén felárasan kifizettették. Amit kikértünk enni felírták de nem hozták ki! Holott benne volt a szállás árában a reggeli! Szégyenteljes pincérek! Máshol kellett vennünk enni!

Praful de pe mobier.

Ca nu s-a pus săpun și șampon la baie. Desi se vedea clar ca erau folosite ambele săpunuri..

Curățenia lasă de dorit, nu mai trece nimeni prin cameră să aspire nisipul sau să schimbe un prosop.
Mâncarea este limitată, deși în meniu sunt multe, raman doar în meniu, nu și în bucătărie. 😐 Sezlonguri foarte puține în raport cu nr. persoanelor. Din păcate am avut un incident legat de șezlonguri, iar managerul hotelului nu a avut nici o explicație clară, inafara de a-mi răspunde “ sunt colegi de-ai dvs.” având în vedere ca am plătit prin booking, fără nici o legătură cu Metrorex și alte firme colaboratoare.
In concluzie nu dispun de personal suficient pentru curățenie, bucătărie, servire, recepție , responsabil pentru piscină, șezlonguri. Așa nu! 👎

Pros:

Camera draguta,fara mirosuri, aer conditionat ok, televizor ok. Conditiile camerei pentru noi au fost foarte bune.

Nu s-a schimbat lenjeria in 6 zile niciodata, doar cearsaful cu care ne mai inveleam ocazional.
Nu a fost dat cu aspiratorul niciodata in 6 zile in camera. Am avut 2 sapunuri mici si 4 plicuri de sampon in 6 zile (doua de sampon au fost date la cererea noastra).
Mancarea la restaurant este sub orice critica, cred ca este gatita de femeia de servici. Mancarea foarte scumpa si proasta pe care ti-o ei cu un voucher, aproximativ 40lei de persoana pe zi,nu aveti cafea,suc,nimic gratis,totul se plateste chiar si o felie de paine (0.40bani felia).Nu mai ajungem pe la acest hotel in urmatorii 10 ani, am fost la hoteluri muuuuuuult mai ieftine care stiu sa isi aprecieze clientii si sa ofere mancare si curatenie.
Femeia de servici dadea cu aspiratorul doar pe holurile hotelului. Din punct de vedere al mancarii si al curateniei in camere a fost groaznic!!!!!!!

Disappointing...
Pros:

It has potential, nice building and swimming pool.
The ladies at the reception ware nice (pity only them).

Cons:

Staff was way too young and unexperienced.
Serving was awful (late serving mixed orders and they acted like they were forced to show up to work), cleaning was poor. The eating table in the restaurant was never cleaned and the fork and knife ware always put direct on the table. We payed for breakfast included, but breakfast was based on voucher and the sum allocated was 70 ron/room (one coffee is 10 and we bought 2 every morning for couple. Then 50 RON remaining aren't enough even for one person, much less for 2 adults and 1 kid). And the food it's not so varied and it's tasteless.
To reach the beach you need 20 mins at least, then the sunbeds of the hotel are at least 800 meter father.
