Die Gegend ist wunderschön. Das Restaurant war sehr sauber und das Essen war vorzüglich.
Das bezahlen ist für Ausländer sehr umständlich bezüglich der Einreise im Schutzgebiet. ( Kein Bargeld und keine Möglichkeit der Kreditkarte)

Отель небольшой,но чистенький и спокойный, местоположение отличное,всё в шаговой доступности.Имеется своя парковка,небольшая зона отдыха,приветливый Очень персонал.Немного не понравился ресторан,на 4 ,а так всё отлично
Расположение идеальное. Напротив зоопарк, колесо обозрения, красивейшая набережная. Справа рынок с самой вкусной рыбой, кафе и кофейни. Недалеко до въезда в природоохранную зону ко всем достопримечательным местам. Все чистенько , уютно. Беседка красивая, угли разожгли, посуду, шампура, решетку подготовили. Сервис отличный. Завтрак понравился. Советую.

This hotel is around a 30-minute taxi ride from the train station. There is also a bus service available from the station. A taxi should cost approximately 5,000 tenge.
We were allocated a pleasant room at the front of the building. The mattress was comfortable enough, although the Wi-Fi could have been better. The shower room was quite small, but the hot water supply and water pressure were both very good.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Google Translate was useful for communication, and the team were happy to assist with any enquiries. They also helped us arrange a taxi back to the train station.
There are several restaurants and shops within walking distance, and the lake is just a short walk from the hotel.
One thing to note is that, at the time of our visit, the hotel did not have the name "Gloria" displayed on the building. Instead, there is a Russian name visible from the road. Using Google Maps or Google Lens can make it much easier to identify the property.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again.

гостиница чистая, но нужно обновить ремонт. так все отлично. понравился персонал , очень приветливые девочки . все отлично ! цена соответствует качеству. расположение гостиницы отличное , прям напротив через дорогу расположены несколько парков с аттракционами, набережная . Рядом на выбор различные рестораны , кафешки.
