Уютная гостиница, тихо, никто не шумит. Номер большой, кровать приятная.

Cons:

Требует небольшого ремонта, кондиционер работает слабо, нужно отремонтировать, жил в 201 номере

Удобное расположение. Тихий район.

Cons:

Гостиница старая. Если вам нужно переночевать одну ночь, то сойдёт. Для проживания на долгий срок я бы конечно не посоветовала.
