When we arrived the person on the desk showed us the keys and demonstrated which of the keys opened the 2 doors " I give up" he said the keys wouldn't fit the locks.. just to ring him when we wanted to be in. We rung him after the concert we couldn't get in not a happy man that we had to ring him. My granddaughter and her friend stayed out later they couldn't get in and had to wake us up cos no answer from him .
Booked the family room, it's pretty big. 2 toilets and one shower. Free street parking using the pass they give you.
Everything was fine.
The location is great for visiting the Spa would visit again
Clean and reasonably well appointed room.
Nothing in particular to dislike
Very clean and fresh feeling on arrival to the room with crisp clean bedding and towels. Lots of milk, tea /coffee already in place. Parking was also easy and free, available on street directly outside.
The property was great, but a busy night in Scarborough and the open air theatre operating meant prices across all accommodation in the town were higher than we normally pay. In this location the last room available was a family room, being larger than our needs and therefore also more cost.

Doors slightly difficult to open
Perfect for our overnight stopover in Scarborough. Clean large family room. Friendly welcome and much appreciated that they contacted us within an hour of leaving to let us know we'd left something behind.

Double bed and sofa in the room had more stains on them a tramp would not of slept on them really disappointed with this end hotelier of Scarborough

Bedding was all lovely and fresh, we also had plenty of towels.
location is brilliant, set on a quiet street with the most gorgeous church at one end.
The shower in our room(201) could do with a refurb. It was difficult the fill the kettle from the bathroom sink because the sink is too small to fit the kettle in.
