It was a decent cozy place, It was quiet and had a gate to lock your car in. AC worked great.
No shampoo, just bars of soap. The towels had a mildew smell to them. Only provided 2 large towels. The beds were thin, hard and not comfortable. The hot water didn't seem to last very long. I was given a price by Booking.com of $113 and was charged $120 upon arrival. Checkout is at 11am and was not given any flexibility. The owner lives on site and was nice, but check-in being at 3pm, and not allowing an extended checkout to 11:30am or 12pm seemed unreasonable.
