位置很好，旁边就是太平洋商厦，步行可到加雅街的主要商铺，走远一点的话就到码头了，窗外可以看海，非常漂亮，每个房间都有空调，床不是很软的那种，会有单独的人来对接，楼下等待入住，出门打车也很方便，可以到楼下来接，总之住的很舒适！

The owner is very sweet. We were contacted before we arrived. When we arrived, the owner led us to the house and patiently showed us how to use it. No deposit is required for this house. The rooms inside are quite big. There is a swimming pool in the community. You can hang your clothes on the balcony. There is also a washing machine. Everything is available. The location is also very good, just a few minutes from the food market.
The sofa in the living room probably needs a clean and we saw cockroaches on the sofa. The kitchen has limited stoves and it is very difficult to cook a seafood dinner here.

厨房设施齐全，锅碗瓢盆样样有，自己做饭超方便，省下不少外卖钱。两个卫生间干净整洁，热水充足，早晚洗漱不用抢。整体装修温馨，细节处看得出来用心，住得比家里还舒服～ 下次来还选这儿！
房间镜子太多了，可以稍微调整一下，有些信风水的人会在意。以及热水器请稍微调整一下。

The parking is safe
Old air conditioning and the bathroom need maintenance, the seaview is blocked
breakfast not include in this accommodation, but the restaurant just near the Marina Condominium Holiday. We just go down the condo and walk for a minute to get our delicious and various menu of breakfast
All facilities are good and we are satisfied with the accommodation.
