Îmi pare rau pt ca am ales locatia dvs. Sa iti fie violata intimitatea fara sa soliciti, urât!!!
Cons:

Îmi pare rau dar este un hotel de 3 stele, nicidecum de 4 stele.
Atitudinea personalului:
- lipsa de respect: ti se vorbește la per tu;
- igiena precara: fetele de la receptie se ocupă si de bar si de servirea in restaurant, fara o ținută adecvata, cu parul desprins;
- iti este violata intimitatea: iti intra personalul in camera in lipsa ta, fara sa soliciti acest lucru;
- lipsa igiena: cand au intrat in camera, in absenta mea, fara sa solicit acest lucru, au schimbat 2 prosoape. Cele 2 prosoape curate le-au lăsat pe capacul wc-ului;
- lipsa interesului fata de client: in momentul cand am cerut explicații despre faptul ca mi-a fost violata intimitatea fetelor de la receptie, mi-au răspuns ca nu au mai intampinat aceasta problema si un simplu: "Scuze!"; ulterior s-a schimbat si atitudinea lor. Au devenit mai indiferente, mai acre.
Camera:
- spațioasă, curata.
- lipsa băuturi in minibar (MINIBAR GOL). O simpla sticla de apa la 1/2 pe masa, la temperatura camerei.
- lipsa intimității: pereți neantifonati, se aude din celelalte camere tv prea tare, cum vorbesc ceilalti clienti, nu te poti odihni;
- caldura excesiva: încălzirea pe care nu o poti regla din camera si datorita acestui minus este prea cald si nu te poti odihni corespunzator;
Micul dejun:
- cam sărac: paine uscata in fiecare dimineata, 4 opțiuni (omleta cu șuncă/cașcaval, ochiuri cu șuncă, platou salam, si încă ceva, apa, suc cafea, niste wafe cu unt si dulceata, lapte, ceai.
