Pros:

La pulizia della camera e il caffè gratuito.

Cons:

Il letto è completamente sfondato, abbiamo dormito qui tre notti e ci siamo svegliate con il mal di schiena sempre. La posizione dell'hotel è un po' fuori centro ma se si cammina una mezz'ora si arriva presso tutte le attrazioni principali della città.

My first room was terrible. I actually spent first hour thinking of going to some other hotel. It was so ludicrously cold that I thought that this must be temporary. I thought that host had just turned the heating on and It'll surely get better. So I went outside to explore and see what Bucharest is about. I was so disappointed when I came back to feel the same uninhabitable temperature lukewarm radiators and cramp interior that didn't feel anything like "deluxe" double room. I actually slept in my jumper and socks and still woke in the middle of the night to ridiculously cold room. I've tried so many times to get warmer with hot tea but it didn't work. The next day, waking up so late and angry, while drinking tea provided with the room that tasted more like chemistry from old tomato soup I got a message on booking from the host that they want to offer me an "upgrade" of my room. So I gathered my stuff, and indeed this second room was spacious, as clean as the first one (except the shower bit) , welcoming and MUCH WARMER. I've spent an hour there realizing that I'm cold to the bone. The next day however when I tried to drink my coffee it turned out that water from the kettle tastes completely bad and the radiators are off. Maybe plastic in the kettle has finally started to melt, maybe it just water in Romania (didn't have this problem in any other place though). So I left the property slightly worried about the potential poison that I just ingested and definitely mildly sick.
I wouldn't have any problem with this situation if someone said "Sorry, we made a mistake", but the truth is that all of above was intentional.
